Harley Parts Custom Made
Some of the parts we have made

Its hard to pick what to put in these positions so I thought I would change them from time to time.

On the left is a Front Fork Brace/Fender Mount....I know what your thinking....your saying a what?

Now what happened here was this customer wanted to keep it original but the thing was, this is a Very Early seventy's model and it was the retro thing to ride with out a front fender, so then you had these ugly fender mounts hanging out of the fork slides so people had them turned off!  This being the case and the owner of the bike giving me my head to do as I felt to fix his conundrum.

The solution was to make a fork brace come fender mount. I will do a Video on this bike soon, as I made most of it for the customer. Forward controls are needle roller so there's never any sloppy control levers! they shit me, customers pay company's huge dollars for controls that become sloppy over time......Stuff that mine have full needle rollers including side lash needles as well.. also made battery box come oil box total custom due to the fact the frames a 1969 and the engine is a 1971 so he couldn't get a oil tank/ battery box to fit.

Any how I should get back to this fork brace/fender mount. In the top pic its still in ruff form, I was just testing the fit before I finished it and polished it. The tricky thing was the fender has a radius in two plains, around the wheel in the rotation direction and around the tyer from Left to right etc. I was also given a PAINTED fender to work with!....and I had to remove the fender mount from the fender.....very carefully!  then work with and test fit a Painted fender!........Well thats wasn't so hard was it?...In the end it all was good and the customer was really pleased and so was I to tell the truth of the matter.

The cost was low around $500 Au dollars for all that work so it goes to show you how cheap it is to have what you want in a Custom Harley Part, if you get the right people for your job.

So that was the story of the Harley fork brace/fender mount.   Oh and the customer lived happily every after with his bike looking like a show peace....haha it was a show bike lol oh well...

Ok your still reading this geee!  I'd be looking at the pretty pics by now lol..

This is the story of the Custom number plate bracket!

Once there was this bloke who cracked the shits with the number plate brackets out there. He said Ken I don't care how much it costs just make me your cover.

I said "I don't make one" he said "you do now!"

So with him telling me he doesn't care about the price was a license to print money.... ( got your attention didn't it.....ar I love jokes)

So I said "can I put brake lights in it" he said YEAHHHH thats a cool idea! So as you can see from the pic it works well and looks grate in the day time too! The pic below is the day time one for those people bright enough to read but to dumb to understand lol. Think about it yesterdays tomorrows today...love that one.

Ok hope I've made it worth your while reading and if just one of you cracked a smile it was worth it.

Here's a Oil Cooler / Filter Holder I made. Made it with a bottom drain so there is no mess!

Its made from T6 alloy thats all I use and before people say its not machining grade I know its hard not soft and for its weight its very strong and far stronger than machine grades and its more durable too! Yes it hard to work with but the end result is what I want so its all worth it in the end.

Made to fit a std Harley type filter, it fits at the front of the bike like a engine air scoop and looks some what like a Nos bottle. ( or so the police say!!!!)

OK I'm off again

Found a old pic looking for something else....you how it goes...lol   Its a little pic of a few of the steps in making some of my custom pegs. This customer is cool with me putting it on the net,  MOST arn't to happy when it comes to the custom work... they don't want anyone pinching there idea! which is fair enough! It just makes it hard for me to show you everything thats all. Anyway these are a few of the first steps in making some custom Harley Parts. We start with the Alloy and move on through a bit of the machining. Now I just have to ask the customer if its ok to show a little more.... and if he says no well I will put some one else's Custom forward controls and foot pegs on won't I lol. No I'm sure he will say yes just have to hear back from him first. Like I tell people if I make you a custom product then its yours and I won't touch it unless its ok with you. And believe me there has been many ideas over the years that I wish I thought of! lol.

Well mark me for now and I will get back in a bit with the rest of these pegs and some other pics of Harley Parts we have made.....oh and other parts for cars trucks boats etc ...that we have made..

he said yes!
